SESSION PREP.
how to prepare
It is up to you to decide how much you want to do to prepare for our session. In truth the most important and only true requirement is to trust the process, trust yourself, and show up! Personally, I strongly recommend spending time on your question list. Beyond that, many clients benefit greatly by learning how to quiet the mind, reading helpful articles, and by doing some practical things, like practicing visualization. Here’s my ever-expanding list of tools and resources to dig into if you’re inspired to:
Create lists of questions and concerns as they are the backbone of our session. See my video for helpful tips: https://youtu.be/VCUyePd2pKGs?si=42MQlDWmkTJzUYkk
Watch ‘Suzanne Spooner's Four Great Tips for a Successful QHHT Session’: https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=94s&v=1RwJ_D4vVfA
Learn to quiet the mind with meditation: See my blog post for more resources on getting into a meditative state of mind.
Create an intention such as “I am connected to and can easily communicate with your Higher Self”. Intend, from the very moment you have decided to schedule an appointment, to have clear and direct communication with that part of you that has the highest perspective. Repeat this intention, silently or out loud, throughout your day and most importantly, right before you go to sleep at night. Put a “post it note” on your bathroom mirror or wherever you can see it regularly to keep the intention at front of mind.
Leave expectations behind. Dolores Cannon says it best: https://youtu.be/qcwI6411AY4
Practice visualization. The higher aspects of Self use your imagination to speak to you. Embrace this idea and play with it. These articles will get your imagination primed and ready:

The quantum hypnosis sessions, regardless of format, are the result of our co-creation. These sessions tend to jumpstart a process, not a finished end product. They are often not what we expect but ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS what we need despite what we think we know or expect. It may take time for your Conscious Mind to understand it all. Know that dense thoughts and emotions come up for a reason - that is the process and it is good. Let’s trust it. For that reason, I invite to you to lean into what comes up after our session, to leave your expectations behind and to feel into things now that you have a higher level perspective. Allow two weeks of integration time, working with your recording and be radically kind with yourself. See Dolores’ video on ‘Managing Expectations’ (above) if this is unclear, but you have the power and responsibility, and most importantly, the freedom to choose whether or not to do so after the session.
