I'm Kem

ABOUT ME.

I'm Kem, a strategist in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada with a professional background in science and business. By day, I advise on health policy for equity deserving communities and help heal and evolve our society's social systems. By night, I anchor light and hold safe space, guiding my clients to activate their own transformation. Together, my client and I unearth their wisdom within.

QHHT is experiential healing that helps dissolve conditioned states and traumas, by bringing you face to face with your authentic, Higher Self and your own soul level truths. I do this work because as a lifelong seeker, I had an idea of my challenges and limitations but had no idea how to integrate the external wisdom and truths I had sought out, and not realizing I had access to my own answers. As a Black, queer Afro-Indigenous Canadian woman, I understand feeling trapped by patterns, societal conditioning and the burden of living out the cycle of my wounds that were beyond conscious understanding.

As a QHHT practitioner, my goal is to use it to help you heal, to awaken to the truth of who you are and reclaim your personal power, and to deepen your connection to your High Self. Collectively, as we shift, exude and inspire light at higher and higher octaves, I dream that QHHT can help us be the change we want to see in ourselves and the world, benefitting generations to come. It's an inside job that starts with us.

If you resonate, you found me for a reason. Know that you are not alone and please connect with me if you’re open and ready to shift.

“My session with Kem was a profoundly enjoyable and supportive experience.

Her kindness and openness immediately made me feel at ease and like I had met a long-time friend. The session itself connected me with the wise and deeply resonant voice of my higher self, which offered me so much clarity on what is important right now in my life, where I should place my focus, and who I am at my essence. If you have the chance to work with Kem, it is an opportunity not to be missed. Thank you Kem for the laughter, the hospitality, and the real talk.” — D.S.
