Resources to Help You Prepare for Your Session
Getting familiar with a meditative mindset will enhance your quantum hypnosis session.
You may be new to working in altered or meditative states so the concept of ‘letting go’ may not be familiar. Further, it is natural to be nervous about being in trance. A person slips naturally into alpha state of trance within 5 minutes of watching a tv ad, it is that easy. The key is to be relaxed and open of whatever thoughts comes up, and to let yourself settle into a still ‘being’ mode instead of an active ‘doing’ mode.
When approaching new things, the conscious mind is trained to step up and do its job: make sense of things and sometimes look for danger, which is inherently alerting. And that’s ok. But to enhance your session, it will help to get acquainted with the process of being open to deep relaxing states, by experiencing what it means to ‘let go’.
